Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 18, 2026

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package - return shipping is free of charge for eligible returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it, and contact us immediately at mittico.help@gmail.com if the item is defective or damaged, or if you've received the wrong item. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging where possible.

Items returned due to a defect, damage in transit, or an order error on our part do not need to meet the "unworn, with tags" condition above - we'll arrange a free replacement, exchange, or refund once the issue is confirmed.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized products, including bags made to order with custom prints, colors, sizes, or personalized embroidery.
Sale or discounted items.
Gift cards.

If you have questions or concerns about whether a specific item qualifies for return, please get in touch before placing your order or requesting a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

International Returns

We ship internationally, and international customers are eligible for the same 15-day return policy described above for eligible items. Please contact us at mittico.help@gmail.com to start an international return - we'll confirm the return process and shipping arrangements for your location.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with standard returns, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

For prepaid orders, approved refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, since there is no original payment method to refund to, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI to an account you provide. Please share your bank/UPI details with us when your return is confirmed.
