• Orders are shipped within 48 hours of being placed, and typically take 3-5 working days to arrive within India.
• Free shipping is available on all domestic orders above Rs. 1,000.
• For domestic orders below Rs. 1,000, an additional shipping charge of Rs. 100 applies, unless otherwise specified at checkout.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking details so you can follow your package to your doorstep.

We are happy to ship internationally! International orders typically take 7-15 working days depending on destination and customs processing. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

We offer Cash on Delivery on most domestic pincodes; however, it may not be available in some locations. If COD is unavailable for your address, you will be notified when you enter your delivery details at checkout.

If, for any other reason, delivery to your address is not possible, we will notify you within 48 hours of identifying the issue. For prepaid orders affected in this way, the full amount will be refunded within 1-2 working days of notifying you.

Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us at mittico.help@gmail.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged item/packaging. We will work with our shipping partners to locate, replace, or refund your order in accordance with our Refund Policy.
